Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed first thing the next business morning. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawals may require additional verification and could take up to 24 hours. msg88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
msg88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. These third-party fees are beyond our control and are your responsibility.
All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawals are permitted. This requirement applies to both regular deposits and bonus funds and is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations. Eligible users receive weekly cashback based on net losses across all gaming categories. Cashback rates range from 0.3% (Bronze tier) to 1.5% (Platinum tier). Cashback is credited every Monday by 12:00 WIB and has no wagering requirements—you may withdraw it immediately or use it for further play. VIP tier status is calculated based on total deposit volume over the preceding 90 days.
All bets are final once confirmed.
